Wheel bearings

I think that's the problem, there's a soft clicking noise that increases as I speed up. Here's the question, can I wait till the next check-up (just had my inspection 2 weeks ago) or must I immediately fix the bearings (if it's them)? Thanks in advance.

Is it a groaning or a clicking? If it's clicking, it sounds like a CV Joint. Yes, you should be able to wait a while, but you will have to replace the whole shaft if all the grease is gone.

It's a clicking or maybe a low humming noise, jacked up the car, nudged on the front wheels, they're fine, no movement. What else can I do to check the CV joints or the bearings, thanks

To check for a bad CV joint:

Slowly drive the vehicle while making a full turn (do both left and right turns) and listen for clicking noises coming from the wheels.

Was riding around the lot yesterday, making left and right turns, people probably thought I was an idiot - the bottom line is there's no sound. And as I did that, I realized that I forgot to mention that the clicking starts after 20/25 mph, not before and not on the turns. So now I'm thinking it's something with the wheels. I'm planning to buy new tires, we'll see if the problem goes away.
