1996 Blazer Alarm Problem

I have a 1996 blazer, and I cannot start the car due to the alarm going off. Last year I lost the remote to the keyless entry system and had to disable the alarm via the push button kill switch under the dash on the drivers side. Without the remote I could not turn the alarm off, therefore even when I opened the door manually with the key, I could not start the car, so the alarm had to be disabled. I have been using the key to manually unlock/lock the car ever since, but recently the alarm somehow reactivated itself, and the kill switch will not turn it off this time. I can open the door manually with the key like before, but also like before the car will not start, the alarm locks it out. I had to remove the 'A' fuse from the fuse panel on the drivers side to shut the alarm off, but this only disabled it from going off continuously. When I put the key in the ignition and turn it, the alarm goes off as long as I am trying to start the car, then it ceases when I turn the key back to the off position. It's all very strange to me, but what I'm looking for is to disable the alarm completely, or maybe just allow myself to start the car so I could get it to a dealership and have them set me up with another keyless entry so I can actually disable it. Thanks.
