spot light body fill

I have a caprice that which had a spotlight that was removed and filled/welded/painted.

I dont know who did it, just wondering if there is a kit for it or the local body shop does it on request, anyone know? :icon16:

No kit for that I've ever seen. It would only take a small, 1 inch, piece of sheet metal and a welder to do the job of replacing the metal...
