door lock blowing fuses

I'm the new owner of a 95 88 royale lss. The auto doorlocks don't work nor does the remote keyless doorlock feature, neither the unlock nor lock works. The interior lights turn on when remote keyless is pressed and the trunk release works per remote keyless. The doorlock fuse blows when replaced and the doorlock (or unlock) is pressed (usually a dead short, right?). I disconnected the door lock actuators, replaced fuse and used the remote keyless to attempt unlocking the doors and whammo, out goes the fuse. My gut is telling me that it is probably the door lock relay.... but on the passenger side relay center there's about 8 relays and no labels or diagrams. Can anyone tell me if it sounds like the relay for one, and which one of those 8 relays I should replace. If I'm way off, please help with any testing suggestion. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
