check engine light on 96 integra gsr

my check engine light has been coming on. the code reader says its cylinder misfire in 1 and 2. we changed the distribitor cap and we put new plugs in. im going to replace the rotor also...it still misfires, but its not as bad as it was before. anyone know whats going on or any suggesstions would be appreciated. thanks.

did you change the rotor or are you going to change the rotor? Most likley the rotor or the coil.
