How do you take off old serpentine belt to put on new one on 95 bonneville?

You will need to remove the lower right engine mount (facing the front of the engine). It can be accessed thru the pass side wheelwell. Pull back the shield at the bottom of the wheelwell and you will see the hole to access the stud. When I removed mine, the stud and all came out (not just the nut on the stud). It was actually easier that way. Knock out the spacer and then you can replace the belt.
