'90 GEO TRACKER....No Start

Can some one tell me where the TCC relay is located on a '90 Tracker.
The ignition/Coil fuse keep blowing. I've read two earlier threads that say disconnecting the wire that goes to the torque converter clutch will solve this promlem. Help, I can't find it. Thanks a lot.

Any one have any ideas on this. Thanks...
