so my best friend (of 12years) and I had some relaxation time earlier this week (not a whole lot left to do on my car). So we decided to wet the street down make a video with his car. I know. it's a mustang, but I figured you guys would enjoy the foolishness anyway.

u should print a ricer violation thing out and put it on is car just for the hell of it to see what he does. say his body kit is gay cause it looks all importy in da front. but i guess when the blowers on there it will tone down the importedness look. but anywayus sweet burnout but i agree with lt1man, u need a vid of your car smoking up the neighborhood

funny, didnt seem like a ricer to me at all. Its just a body kit. And sounded damn good. have you posted it up in the mustang forum? theyd probly get a kick out of it.

no cops.... neighboors only complain when we start our cars up at night. for the most part they are cool with it. (my open headers were rattling this lady's windows a block away on night). my car isn't ready for smokin it up yet.

as soon as people see body kits, they think rice. kits and spoilers are not only for imports.... let's get over it.

Well if you think about it later 3rd gens all have body kits, it just isnt as 'stylish' or as cool as people see body kits today. 4th gen RS maros have these too, I think 98+ Cant remember what years.

Sorry but that bodykit is very ricey compared to the many others out there.

The wing is a Saleen S351 rip of and really only looks good on that car but will let it slide.

The deal clincher is altezzas on the back...

yea... i really don't like those tail lights... very out of place. but this is the condition he bought the car... we are changing the spoiler and tail lights. I told him to leave it spoiler-less... it would look interesting I think. But he's goin to get the Saleen spoiler that goes straight back off the trunk.

i saw a total rice rustang today.. it was way worse than the one in the vid.

Anyways, i know what you mena with the open header statement, every time i start my camaro up, everything falls off of the walls in my house.

kit looks fine to me, not a fan of the spoiler or the tailights tho...

decent burnout anyway, but we all know camaros can do better :iceslolan

bleach makes more smoke... used sometimes at burnout contests. (speaking of which... there will be one in Springfield, IL on Aug, 26-28 and I will be competing if I have posi by then).

i always thought rice meant a car looked japanese, or importish. key word "rice" a favorite of the asian community, as is the altezza taillights and double level spoiler that sticks up over 12".

and i thought a car that looks fast (or is thought to look fast by the owner) but by no means can it hardly get up past the speed limit was called a "fartpipe".

Personally, to me... ANY car that is not ORIGINALLY a performance car, that is modded to look or be fast or "cool" is rice. Fartpipes are just anything that the owner tries to make SOUND powerful, and isn't.

I am kinda a hardliner when it comes to what is rice and what isn't.
I honestly am more than happy to say I have ricey type things on my Trans Am. Anything that does NOT add to performance and doesn't look original is rice. At least in my humble opinion.

Custom Embroidered Headrests.
Chrome lugnuts. (I hated those stupid GM plastic covers)

rice is a car (typically an asian import, however there is "domestic rice") that is made to look fast, but does not go fast. this would include the addition of stickers, mufflers, wings, etc. If the car lacks performance, it would be considered rice (aka "rice burner"). A fartpipe is a nasty sounding muffler.

Obviously, the body kit was intended to enlarge the body of the car, whether it adds 40% more body or 90%, it doesn't matter.... that's the whole intention... to change the look. Just because a car has a spoiler and kit doesn't make it rice.

by the definition that yall are using, the Porshce GT1 is rice, is has a large spoiler and kit. any Grand Touring car.... any high performance street or race car is rice if it has a spoiler (that you don't like) or a kit (that you don't like).
