Clutch problem

i just had a new clutch installed in my tsi awd and now when i shift quick or like shift hard while toying around with lil rice burners in my valley and its sorta sticks and after it smells like burning rubber hard core its a brand new sachs clutch. please help

is it out of adjustment?

im having a mechanic check it today
