Top Dash Panel removal

I want to get a pair of tweeters out of the front dash on my 94... does anyone know how to remove the top panel so i can get to them?

yeah, just pull up on it. that's how my 97 is. I start on the center and work my out to each side. it is just held in by snap clips.
