Slowing me down.

Ive had a problem with my car since day one that I thought would go away, if I shift too fast (pretty much how fast you shift when you know you need to win this race type thing) the car doesn't plant power after you hit the throttle when you complete the shift, it bogs down like when you just let go of the clutch right away from a high rpm launch. If you shift slowly, like a racing casual shift, the power doesnt resist. I had thought it had something to do with the fuel system, maybe my injectors are dirty or shot, maybe I need a better fuel pump. I just wanted to know if anyone has had the same type of thing, or if you dsm gearheads that frequent the site would be able to give me an answer as to why this happens. It robs me of time incredibly, added to the second gear issues, I could have the ability to go a hell of a lot faster.

he wasn't trying to be rude. It's a rule of the forum actually. Because often time the profile doesn't include supporting mods. Please add it to your signature (not to be mean). it's just everyone will harass you about it if you do not.

I'd make sure your injectors aren't fouled up like you said. sounds like a fuel delivery problem to me but I could be wrong.

I guess Ill add it to my sig, maybe its just that he didnt have it either that i wouldnt catch on.

Yah Ive tried injector cleaner, obviously doesnt do shit all. My clutch also needs to be done, but if its not slipping in hard throttle then I dont see how it would be doing that...

I was going to invest in some injectors anyway. Ill give that a try. Thanx.

He was trying to be respectful enough to let you know the rules, because obviously you neglected to read them.

Just remember, you are asking for our help. We have no obligation to make things all better for you. It's not our job to search around looking for that type of information, it helps you and us solve your problem.
