1996 Z24 DRL help

I want to disable my DRL's on my 96 cavalier z24. I read somewhere that you could just cut the dark blue wire leading into the BCM and connect it to a solid ground, however, i looked and could not find the BCM. If anybody could help me out on where the BCM is located or any other ways of disabling the DRL's I would appreciate it.... thanks....
