shocks

Are the '99 and newer Z71 shocks any good? I think they are DeCorbin? They are red, I know my '98 had Bilstiens (yellow) and they were good for the life of the truck. Just wonderin if these (red) shocks on this '99 I just picked up should be replaced with Bilsteins!

I always replace my shocks with a quality aftermarket brand. I have edelbrocks on mine, but bilstiens and many others are all of the same caliber. I say go with the bilstiens unless you've already bought and installed the others.
