Extra Electrical Connector?

On my 1995 Crown Vic there is an un-used electrical connector coming out of the same wire harness as that of the fuel injector connector for cylinder #1. It's a 2 wire socoket. What is this for?

I believe it would be for the vent solenoid, which should be in the vicinity of the #2 injector (2nd one from the front, RH side).
