Well, new 14b installed, new fuel pump(walbro 190), I cranked the boost to about 17psi, and at about 14-16, it cuts a bit, what can i do to stop it even if it is fuel cut? Inexpensive ways please, im very low on funds.

Turn the boost down.
Fuel cut is caused when the ECU "sees" over a predetermined amount of air. So you have 3 options: Buy a SAFC, pocketlogger and larger injectors (expensive). Buy an EPROM ECU and DSMLink (more expensive). Or, turn down the boost (Free).
Enjoy!

Fuel cut and "a bit" have nothing to do with each other. When you get fuel cut, you know it. I'm wondering if you arent just getting some ignition or boost leak related misfires instead. If you think this sounds more like your problem (stuttering/stumbling instead one big cut in power that causes you to break 3 teeth off in your steering wheel) do a quick search, its been discussed to death :)

I'm thinkin its your timing being pulled. Do you go WOT and not feel like the car is pulling as hard?

Well, after lots of tuning of boost, turns out it was too much boost, it was cutting at like 18psi, and now i have it set to high 16ish, and its fine, thanks for all the help
