I would say no... my reason being...
I haven't seen or heard of anyone here or elsewhere using this and i'm pretty sure if it was worth it somebody here would have it already...
Save the $2-300 and use it for something else that is proven in your upgrade path.... intake... exhaust...turbo... blah blah blah

This has been posted about before, it doesn't help with our cars. As 96spyderman said, your money will be better spent elsewhere.

with that 200-300 go buy a used 14b, another 90 to a bigger fuel pump....extremepsi.com has both 190/255 for 95, free shipping

Agreed. Not very desireable "mod" for the turbo cars. Let the ECU do its job, spend money on more air and fuel.
