What plug goes to the IAC Sensor?

Im am getting code 14 (IAC SENSOR) and it is making my car run really crapy. I bought a used IAC sensor from a performance shop and it did no good. Does any one know the color of the 2 wires that plug into the IAC sensor? Does any one happen to know the voltage that should be going accros them? Let me know.

the eacv plug wires are blue/yellow and i think black.
