IDI to Powerstroke

I have a 93 f-350 that i have been contenplating a lil motor swap on. Right now it has a 7.3liter naturally aspirated IDI motor. Has anyone ever done this swap. I know its the same block but is there any problems i can look out for with this swap

Um, it is NOT at all the same block. There are a total of THREE parts that interchange between the two engines.
1) Lifter
2) Connecting rod
3) Camshaft (they are not identicle, but very similar).
Unless you plan to replace nearly every wire in the truck, you cannot do this.
