Don't look like your getting much help here. I have never done it, so I can't be much help. Try asking at the website below. There are some really smart people there who know tons about Rangers in general.

passenger side. if its like my 92.. heh just start taking shit off, i had to take off a plastic cover and there mine was, btw it was full of water,,, i cut off half an inch of hose and put it back on, no leak.....

Hey man, if you still haven't figured it out I'll tell you how to do it. You are going to have to take out your glove box. Then you will have to take out the thing hanging down under the dash (try not to rip the pegs holding it up). Next, undo the hoses running into the firewall. Then you might have to wiggle the heater core a little bit, but it should slide out. Then put the new one in and repeat the steps in reverse order. I have a 93 Rager as well, and I had to do it too. The best part, it only cost me the price of the heater core itself.
