Broken power seat on '95 EB Edition

The front to back seat control switch is dead on the drivers side of my '95 EB edition Explorer.

Can anyone tell me what the most likely problem is and how to go about replacing/fixing it?

check your fuses first. then trace the wires and make sure they are not damaged, if all are fine I would look for a replacement switch.
