Is my clutch bad?

So today I finally got to test drive my friends 2000 Toyota Celica GTS and in return I let him drive my 96 Intergra LS 5 speed. So as he was driving my car he would let the car in gear while the clutch and gas are not pressed. So it would make a lot of weird noises. I tell him and tell him to always press the gas if he's in gear while driving. But he continues to go around 30 and let the car in gear. Also while going around 60 he slammed on the brakes with the car in gear so it makes a grinding noise. So he slammed on the brakes with the car in 5th. It made such an awful noise and he did it two times. So later I come back. Then I couldn't take it anymore and told him to drive home.

So as I was pressing the clutch I noticed that it takes no effort to press down the clutch. So I was like wtf is wrong? So I continue pressing it and it was so easy like there was no pressure. So i like shift through the gears and if was so smooth and easy as the hell. So like I drove around and pressing the clutch felt like just putting my foot down compared to before my friend drove my car it took some effort to press it down. I think he toasted the clutch because there is virtually no pressure pressing down the clutch. And my friction point for my clutch is completely different. I use to let the clutch out half way and it was start creeping out and now I have to let it 95% percent out for it to creep out. Another thing I noticed was that my car doesn't stall anymore! I start the car on first and let the clutch out and instead of stalling it starts to creep foward like around 5 to 7 mphs. So what the hell did my friend do to my clutch? My clutch got replaced around 100,000 miles and now it has 123,000.

your clutch is hydraulic. the cylinders are what creates force and keeps the clutch out so that you have to push the clutch in. if you cylinders are completely bad your clutch will sit on the floor. if you have little or no resistance when you push in the clutch your master cylinder is probably going out or you are out of clutch fluid. go have it looked at. i just replaced mine b/c my master cylinder busted and leaked fluid all over my slave sylinder so i had clutch fluid all over my floormat on the drivers side.
