2001 Taurus AC repair

Bearing in Ac clutch went out on my 2001 taurus. I have ordered new clutch, clutch plate and hub assy. I have pulled the compressor to replace the clutch and of course lost all the refrigirant and oil. So when I'm ready to put the compressor back on, how is the best way to recharge the system so I don't turn the compressor without oil?

you should add oil to the compressor after replacing the clutch. the instructions should say how much but it is probably 6-8 ounces. add the oil and turn the compressor clutch by hand until the oil is circulated in the compressor.
you should really replace your accumulator/drier since your system has been open so long. the desacant bag is surely saturated with moisture by now.
when you are ready to recharge just do it like normal.

Been reading up on this some more and I'm reading the oil is stored in the accumulator/drier??? So maybe I just need to add very little before the compressor turns???
