on ebay motors i can get a new JDM floor stabilizer for $23 and shipping $25. my question is... am i going to get a noticable feel from it or am i just better off buying a strut. and if thats the case should i get a front or rear strut.

there was a thread about a turbonator a week or so ago. do a search. result: piece of monkey crap!
ground wire kits can be purchased pretty cheaply ($45 from BigTyla at 3si.org) and they improve throttle response and keep voltage constant. as for being worth it...not sure, i don't have one, but ask around.
and the JDM floor stabilizer...hmmm. i've never heard of this, but i get the idea from the e-bay auction http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7980620077&category=33591&sspagename=WDVW . To me this sounds like a crock pot of horse turds. Basically in an effort to make the car more rigid, now today everyone is putting a bar connecting every part of the suspension they can think of. there's a guy on 3si.org who made a bar connecting the rear toe hooks. not that it doesn't improve handling, but i'm sure if you welded enough bars all over the chassis, you'd feel something. fact of the matter is, people think rigid/stiff is always better. get a clue! if your chassis is too stiff, then you'll be sliding all over the road in the turns. chassis are meant to flex a little. if you wanna get a quality part, upgrade your sway bars or get some strut bars. this floor stabilizer bar is cheap, but since its cheap, why not give it a try.

Ha I was going to say the same thing. THey just threw the "JDM" crap in there because they knew someone would be silly enough to bid on it to be JDM tyte YO.
And ground wire kits have been proven many times on a dyno to actually help produce power. They also improve throttle response.
