Hello everyone,
I just bought a 86 Mr2. I am in the process of having an engine put in it; I expect it to be done this week some time. As I have been waiting though, I noticed I could use some new tires. I don't want to spend more than 150$ for a set of 4, but I still want them to be decent tires. (Note: I am fine with purchasing used tires)
Anyone know of any good tires at that price or below? I realize 150$ is not much for tires, but keep in mind that I am not looking to race, I just don't want to fly off the road.
Any help would be appreciated.

some of the older falken azenis sports.
great tire, 220 AA treadwear, very sticky. street legal.
A tire of choice for autocrossers, these can be picked up for about $50 each. they are the BEST tire for the dollar, and not much more than you want to spend.
