93 aerostar no start

i have a 1993 aerostar 4.0. motor got washed at carwash drove home let run 5 min, stalled and now it cranks only but no start. no injector pluse and no spark. crank sensor is new moduel and ecm new still no start. all relays are working .everything is getting power but no start? please help

Did you try the aerostar forum?
Did you check the cap and rotor? Are you getting spark from the coil?
