96 Intrepid Back Up Light Problem

My back up lights will not work.
I've checked the bulbs and their connection but they still won't work.
Does anybody know where the switch is located that turns them on?

Did you check the fuse?

Yes I've checked the fuse and connectors but it didn't help.
