Power Windows and Subconnectors

Hey guys...well, I'm just now getting parts for my differential and gears. Been a while. *whew*
The next question on the list is this...what about these darn electric windows?
I've had to get the driver side fixed now about every year since I've had this Trans Am. Is there a motor that is bigger so it doesn't wear out as quick with these heavy windows?
Is there a way to make the motors last longer?
Also, what are the better subframe connectors out there? I've been looking around for some but I can't decide on a certain one.
