cheapest insurance company for a crx?

jesus effing christ. insurance is quite a bit for a crx. what companies do you use? whats thecheapest?

I have a CRX and I use State Farm.

What do your parents use? Usually you would want to go with there company if they have a good history with them..I use state farm as well the cheapest out of every company I quoted.

My car is insured by Allstate since thats what my parents use, but its under my dads name so its cheaper. I am only 16 ½, I couldnt imagine how much it would cost if it was under my name. :rolleyes:

16 1/2 rofl...classic...and a half!!! anyways...it depends on your driving record and who you are with....the liability on a crx is high and it costs a fair bit even though they arent worth much because the older a car is its a liability..dont worry though in a few years theyll be so old theyll hit the 25 year marker and be counted as classic cars your insurance will be next to nil (im serious)

the half was pretty good. lol... dude, go ask on the CRX forum. I'd be willing to bet you'd get more of a CRX-friendly response.

Probably because most of the time when someone mentions the 1/2 part when they mention they're age they are about 2 or 3 years old...

Well, if it helps at all, I use direct general, and after 2 accidents in a saturn, i switched to an eclipse gst, and it only went up 5$ lol, so if theres a direct general around u, go to them
