95 Contour SE Odd Trouble Codes

I have a '95 Contour SE, in relatively great shape. But the check engine light just won't go away. I am reading the trouble codes stored in the PCM and come up with 117 (ECT below minimum voltage) and 217 ( PCM detected coil 3 primary circuit failure) and 232 (PCM detected coil 1,2,3 or 4 primary circuit failure).

I replaced the coil pack and still the same trouble codes, even after clearing the PCM and the KAM codes.

If anyone has any suggestions that may help, I am open for business.
