Does anyone know what the ASC button is for on my 96. It is in the cluster with the sun roof buttons, and I couldn't find it listed in the owners manual.

So are you saying, when programing the 3-way switch the asc button must be lit, or does it need to be lit to use the 3-way??

Look in your owners manual. There is a complete step by step on how to program the opener.

Hi, I have looked at the book(owners manual) and it does explain the programing. there are 3 buttons I may use for openers and such. It doesn't identify the button in the power sun roof cluster though. this is what i wanted to know about.
