Does this sounds Bad?

My friend and I found an 88 turbo with a manny Tranny. its non sport top, it has 150 thousank on it, two interiors, 4 performance tires, it needs a new downpipe, a new mass air flow sensor, it needs some plastic around, no leaks other then crappy exhaust downpipe, runs and drives fine, turbo wont spool much cauz of hole, power stuff works, the sport suspension has been replaced with regular struts and new brakes and tierods, this guy is asking 1800 were gonna offer him 1600 is this good?

might want to get a MKIII oppinion on this but to me it sounds like some work and money but I'd go for it if you don't need it to be reliable. Ethier that or it might be getting close for a rebuild on the motor depending on how it's been driven.

ummm dosent sound to bad low ball him for 1250 and see how he acts ive seen them with 180,000 org miles so like flyingmkIIII said depends how it was driven
