egr valve 1990 3.3

does a car have one even if it was from california
dodge grand caravan le 3.3l v-6
egr on other years back right.
help needed. failed emission test

Couldn't find a part location but I found an O.E.M. part # 4287189. My brother has a 93 /w 3.3 so when I can I"ll check.

this was on a friend van
1990 does not have a egr valve
