front end popping

I installed a 3" spindle lift to the front last weekend and now when I back out of my driveway or a parking spot, it make a popping sound. Driving forward down the road and around corners it's fine, just backing up. Any ideas? I had an alignment done yesterday and it's still doing it. Everything is installed and torqued to specs.
