All front brakes are disk brakes so you would need new pads and possibly rotors also if those are worn out . Usually the rear brakes are drums which would be shoes unless you have 4 wheel disk brakes .

When you get your pads, you might need to know exactly what rim size, 2wd or 4wd, and if it's normal or grand size. This might not be all necessary to get the pas but it used to be needed to know for the older caravans. The pads should run about $25 roughly for both tires as they are sold in pairs.
