1996 BMW 328I questions

Hello, I am buying a 1996 BMW 328I. Im real excited as its my first bmw and its black, 4 door, black leather, and it has a ton of options. It has a 109,000 miles on it I believe. It seems like a lot of miles but I hear bmw's could go 250-300k. Is 8,000 a good price for a near mint 328I? blue book is 11k with the options.

Another question, with this much mileage should I worry about something going out on me or anything? I really cant afford it if something goes wrong. Is there any problems I should be aware of with this year 328I?
