ok so today I was driving my friends bike without a helmet. So i was going down this downhill place not a very steep angle but I was still going pretty fast. I was planning and just going down into the street making a right and going on my way. Then i see the Park Ranger parked right in front of me so i hit the brakes hard. Turn the big around and just go back up.
My question is can a park ranger give you a ticket for riding without a helmet? (this was at a park)

Probably depends on the laws in your area...but in my area it wouldn't be a problem at all to the best of my knowledge.

This question need not be explored, just wear a helmet.
