My 1993 Ford Explorer XLT with V6 pulls to the right. My alignment guy says he cannot adjust it any further and there are no failed or worn components. Is there any way to get it back to where it does not pull anymore?

has your tread been worn badly on one side? and how long has it been since shocks were replaced?

No, my tires wear pretty evenly and this condition has been present for about the last 100,000 miles. I replaced the shocks a couple of years ago, they don't seem bad, vehicle does not ocilate on bumps, etc. I also replaced the rear end about 2 years ago and it did not seem to change this condition either. I am considering an engine/transmission replacement, but would like for it to drive straight. I've got a buddy who says we can put it on his alignment rack and measure it. But how do we straighten it out?
Only had one minor fender bender, maybe that is the cause. Got hit on the drivers side front wheel years ago. I guess I have lived with this condition too long and I can't remember if it started after that. I don't think so.

You should probably put it on an aligment machine, they can align it with the machine

That accident is probably your clue. If the front end cannot be aligned correctly, then find a good front end / suspension / frame shop. Tell them the story, and have them put it on a four wheel alignment machine.
If they can't align it, they will want to put it on a frame straightening machine and check the frame to be sure it is not tweaked. They measure at various points on the frame to find where it is bent. If the frame is tweaked, then they use big hydraulic pistons and chains to pull it back while the truck is mounted on the machine.
