Tachometer hook up

My son has a 1998 S-10 and wants to connect his Tach to his truck.

Can someone please tell me where the tach terminal is? He has a
4 cyl. "Iron Duke" in his truck, and it has manual transmission.

Yeah, you just have to find out what wire is for the tach on the cluster and run it out.
