1995 Lincoln Continental A/C problem

I have a 1995 Lincoln Continental which has provided very cold air since I bought the car four years ago. All of a sudden, the other day the air went from nice & cold to not working at all. The compressor would kick on and kick right back off. So, I thought it might just be low on 134a and I charged it up. It blew out arctic cold air for one day and then quit working again. It's aparent to me that there is a leak, but I have no idea where to look. I recently replaced the serpentine belt, but that was like three or four weeks ago.
Why would it all of a sudden all leak out? Is it possible that I accidently punctured something while replacing the belt? That seems unlikely to me but I'm open to any suggestions at this point, especially now that it's getting hot outside.
Where should I look for leaks? Any other advice is much appreciated!
Sincerely,
Heath Bittick ([email protected])
