Any tips on removing amplifier?

Can anyone give me some tips on removing the amplifier that comes stock with the new cavaliers? Mine is fucked up thats what the dudes at best buy told me. I need to remove it completely.

Are you going to replace it? If you are, just have the Best Buy install guys pull it. Otherwise it should just be screwed in I would think.
