I Have A 91 Turbo. I Have Exhaust, Intake, Ct20b, 3" D/p, And Running 15 Psi. I Just Got Money For Graduation. I Have 1800 Dollars To Spend On Parts. What Should I Get Next. I Want To Get A Greddy I/c, Ats T/b Inlet, Clutch/flywheel, And Upgraded Fuel. Any Input Would Be Nice.

I would suggest:
*GReddy IC with 2 SPAL fans (one push and one pull)
*the Manj Shroud for the GReddy IC
*the ATS TB Inlet
*water injection

I would not bother with clutch/flywheel unless your is bad.

What about a water sprayer for the IC? i know they work wonders on the WRX's and EVO's what about on a MR2? If you have a pusher and puller fan, can you use a sprayer or will they get ruined in the water? Also do you hook the fans to a switch or the factory sensor?

I have my fans hooked to the factory sensor, but I have a switch for the sensor. One way on the switch shuts the sensor off so the fans come on. The other way the sensor is on and decides when to run the fans.

As for a water sprayer for the IC, sure they are fine. However, if you are going to go through the trouble of setting a system to spray water, why not spray it into the engine where it will offer some huge benefits?

Also, most tracks are not going to be happy with you spraying water outside the engine.

That's exactly what I'd do in that position as well, however in my case I'm not looking to really ever exceed 15psi so I'd probably ditch the water idea. I really love the feel of a car with a sportier/light flywheel, although if it's your daily driver and you see a lot of traffic...I'd say stick with stock heh.

The Spearco is much better than the GReddy, but unless yo uare looking for more than 300 rwhp ... I do not think it is worth the extra $$$

If you were looking for more than 300 rwhp, you should not be going with the CT20B. :)
