I know XeVeNskyLiNE is hosting the competiton and he may have a few ideas on what to do next, but how about we just throw some ideas here for future reference. If it seems good, then we can use it later on. :)

1-2 days aren't enough for people with tight shedules.. x.x
But 1 car and 3 track is nice, sounds like a mini championship.

Racing stock cars could be fun, but without the capabilities of tuning them it seems pointless.

Oh dear, I don't think I'll go near the NSX like I did last time we did the MR challenge. Bad setup == ueber twitchy at high speed corner == armco sammich for breakfast :eek7:

well that's the only place you can drive them. Whats really funny is that neither me nor warshrike could get the daimler motor carriage up the hill on the nord. it went about halfway up then rolled backwards

Hah, tried it a long time ago, couldn't make it past Hocheichen. It was funny though, you manage to make it further driving in reverse than forward
Horsepower limited races are kinda nifty. Limit the car output to 500 HP -/+10HP. Nothing entirely complicated.
You can always do a no aerodynamics, old-school challenge of late 80's and older.
Or *puts on flame retardant undies* how about a GTO vs. Holden Monaro Challenge!!!! :screwy:

Ok sorry guys I just got back in from out of town. Well I've compiled some ideas and I want you guys to vote on which one sounds the best.
1. "The Paradise Challenge" - production cars, $100k limit, Costa Di Amalfi
2. "Street Tuners Challenge" - All tuner cars accepted (except for HPA R32), $30k on mods ONLY, Tokyo R246
3. "JGTC Meet" - JGTC cars only, no mods, Tokyo R246 or Suzuka
4. "DTM Meet" - DTM cars only, no mods, Cote de Azur or Circuit de la Sarthe 1
5. "Supercar Run" - Car must be over 400hp stock, $40k on mods alone, New York or Seattle Circuit
Just some of my near-final ideas, let me know which one you like the ebst and what small details you might want to change about em.

This one tickles the pickle the most for me...
Looking at the license plate of your Eclipse made me think, how many Texans are on this forum anyway???

Yeppurs. Located in the lost city of Lubbock. Where it takes 40 minutes to respond to an accident that is blocking traffic and 2 seconds to pull you over for looking like you might rev your engine rebelliously...

Thats cool, I'm from Duncanville. The cops arent to thick out here which makes for some good sprints as long as you keep ur eyes open.
Anyways though my vote for the next tourny goes for either the Paradise Challenge or the Street Tuners Run.
Also I was thinking of some kind of drift competition, but I have no idea how to do it since the only way to really judge is to have a video of it, and hell, i don't even know what that takes. i'm pretty sure i'd roast all of yall in drift neways :grinyes:

Hehe, probably so. My Supra (see sig) was a nutty car when it came to drifting. I had to run Racing meds to get it under some form of control at ~500HP. I just added the wing beforehand just in case I needed to tweak the balance of the car.
I know of a few that run a TV card to their pc and record it thataway, but I don't have a TV card on hand...

Heya Blake, I've got a race thursday night with the Average Drivers Club at Anderstorp on thursday. Got my Porsche GT3 within a second of the pole sitter so far with only a little practice time. Hopefully it will be a wet race, I tend to get good results in the wet :icon16:
