taillights and running lights

i just did a b16 5 speed swap from a d15 automatic, and well heres the thing. last year before i even started the swap i ran into a problem where my taillights and corners stopped working when the car was running. and now that the swap is done they still dont work even after swapping a complete harness and all relays.i also tried 3 different ignitions, 2 different running light relays, 2 different fuse boxes, and all my grounds are good as well. any idea what the hell could be wrong?

Something is crossed somewhere and is grounding out while its running. This is one of those things where its going to be wire tracing more than strait answer more than likely.
