cutlass problems

i have a 95 cutlass supreme sl and the problem is that when you drive it for a considerable distance, and that when you go to start it again it starts and then you put it into gear the chugs out and stalls. if you try to start it again it doesnt start, it only does it when it warms up. it cold starts just fine if you let it sit for about an hour or so. what the heck could the problem be?

I have a 92 Cutlass Ciera S. It had this problem two years ago and it was due to a fuel filter and 2weeks later the fuel pump(inside the gas tank) and 5 months later the O2 Sensor and another 3 months later the Mass Air Flow Sensor.
