you guys are ALL postwhores.... as to your question, it can be done; take an SL convert it to TT and AWD, but it would cost you money out the ass... wait can you do that??? cuz the SL has a FWD tranny... meh guess not

you can buy the AWD drivetrain of an SR from japan, then you would have an Auto AWD, but I bet if you floored it even at stock power bad things would happen.

i always wondered this question. every once in a while i come across an ad for an auto vr4 and im like wtf? auto vr4? that wouldve been wrong to make such a sweet car in an auto option.

yea, to actually have an automatic vr-4, you would have to buy a vr-4, then import an AWD N/A auto tranny from japan and swap trannies.

I would love to have it AWD, but it'd be cheaper to buy a older vr4....

Well talk to Hotshot, he's got an auto twin-turbo'd SL engine in his 3S. Seems to work for him.
