Spark plugs?

Hey guys, this problem has been happening for maybe like 3 weeks. If I go driving for a while, then park and let it idle a little, my lights dim a little and rpms drop to maybe like 300-400 for a few seconds, then it returns back to normal at ~800-1000. Tonight when I was driving, I put in the clutch and stepped on the brake because I was comming to a light. When I put in the clutch, lights dimmed and rpms dropped pretty far from maybe 3000, to maybe 500, then bounced up to 1500. It drove fine on the way home after this.
It drives fine and anything and it has not stalled out at any time. Could this problem be bad spark plugs? Someone told me this could be it. Or is it something else like the alternator or worse?
Thanks

Could be the alternator/battery. Spark plugs shouldnt do that, I have never heard of anything like that happening from spark plugs before. Your throttle body could be gumed up too in your FIAV so when the throttle body closes its choking the motor there for the RPMs drop quickly.

My guess would not be the spark plugs. I would look more at the alternator/battery.
To be sure, just pull the plugs and see if there is a lot of shit on them or they are discolored severely.
After you do that and they are fine, test the alternator and the battery.

Lol, yes Jake, you are king. How much is a new alternator if that happens to be the problem?
