Alarm box location?

Does anyone know where the factory alarm box is located on a 97? I assume its behind everything and have to pull out everything to get to it, but I'd like to have an exact location before I start pulling anything apart. I'm going to be installing an aftermarket alarm system with the whole works. I'm still using the factory alarm too as double protection. Any help is much appreciated.

on my 94 jgcl the box is behind the glove compartment. just go through there and you will see 2 black boxes.once in view use your remote to activate and see wich one clicks. im pretty sure its the one on the left
