Oh man... the machine shop says my crank (outa my KL-ZE) is too far gone for them to repair. If anyone can help me... let me know where to get a new ze crank it would help me a lot! If I call around to junkyards I need to tell them what year/model this motor came out of. As soon as I say j-spec they'll hang up and saying they dont have it. Is there anything there any model/make/year/cylinder-number that would gaurentee me a KL-ZE? Maybe like some year of a 2.5L ford probe? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

seems to me that the 2.5L from a Probe or MX6 (KLDE) will fit just fine. The main difference between the two is the Pistons.

Thanks, I'll check to see if the numbers match. Another option that i've run across is if I can find the serial number, thats all I would need... I looked all over my motor and cant seem to find it... any idea where it would be at?
