IAT resistor :S

Has anyone ever put a resistor in the IAT sensor? does it work? and if it does, where exactly do i plug it in on a 2003 GT?


I was told that its a 2 wire plug coming off of the intake, so i found it and tried it, but when i turned the car on, it burnt the resistor, so i guess it wasnt the right place, i dont wanna do that again, so if anyone has a picture of where it goes i'de apreciate it.

i dunno
