30th Anniversary?

Is there anything different mechanically about the 30th Anniversary edition? Only things I've noticed are all cosmetic (stripes/wheels/white leather seats).

And that's all it is.

yeah they just put some stripes and crap on it but no performance stuff just cosmetics!

Damn, well that kinda... sucks. It does make it look quite nicer. I found one fairly cheap very local to me with low miles and great paint, so I'll still consider. Would have been great if it had an extra bit of oomph in it though.

Well, the Camaro and Firebird got the GAYEST EVER leave, nothing special, but also MANY great cars died this way.

Yeah. We should have had a new gen, or at least a few more years. I would glady trade of the "GTO" for a few more years of F-body.

Is there anything else different about the looks of it that i might not have noticed?

Does it have a better sound system? And I'm guessing the suspension is the same right?

Same everything dude, it's nothing different/changed and the system is better if it has a Bose in it like some ordered.

Only thing different will be badges and paint, maybe rims but perhaps not.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you're right about that. I'm 98% sure that they made some 97 Lt4 Camaros. Maybe they were Brickyard edition or something like that.

There are some LT4's floating around, a guy around here has a 97 SS with one. They're beasts, but from what I gather there wont be much to tell you its not a regular old LT1 unless you have paperwork for it, or you know what an LT1 feels like and can tell its more powerful.
